This FREE Yoga class is geared toward women over 40. Lisa Galizia from Bee Cave Yoga presents a class designed around an easy, safe breath oriented style of Yoga. Everyone can benefit from this class because the postures are modified to suit all fitness levels. You will leave the class feeling refreshed and peaceful with an overall sense of well-being.
