Bring the whole family to Laura's for an evening of live music with Laura Freeman.
Laura Freeman has been writing songs for over 20 years. She performed at the Kerrville Folk Festival and many other festivals on the west coast and Canada with her band The Road Dog Divas. She has been a children's performer in the Austin area for the past 10 years.
Her song writing is based on a love of show tunes and songs from the 20's and 30's. She goes from lonely cowgirl to flirty flapper with the strum of a guitar string. She plays guitar, ukulele and baritone horn.
She is quirky, original and encourages sing-along. She has created the characters Luna Tart - a broken hearted broken down diva, and Lurleen a sweet cowgirl who wears only pink and sings about loving, cheating and the apocalypse.
