Come see storyteller, performer, singer, and educator Elizabeth Kahura, founder of the African Safari program, as she presents an educational and inspiring program that brings out the feeling of Africa. Her performance will touch on cultural values, how they influence our identities, and the interdependence of the individuals within a community. Through music, performing arts, storytelling, and original pictures, the audience will learn about the cultural richness of the African lifestyle.

 

 


Elizabeth Kahura was born in Kenya. She is a teacher by profession and also loves to entertain. Her main goal is to travel all around United States teaching about Africa. Elizabeth has also put together educative CDS and books to go along with her programs. Other interests include music, movies, swimming, and traveling. Learn more about her at her website.
