Thomas Najar is a licensed acupuncturist and certified Qi Gong instructor. He left a career in hi-tech to pursue a healing career and has been teaching Qi Gong and practicing acupuncture since 2016. A native of Wisconsin, he’s lived in Austin for the past 20 years and is passionate about healthy living through fitness, nutrition and meditation.

Becca Sagall is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Corrective Exercise Specialist with a private practice in South Austin. She focuses on posture, alignment, and muscle imbalances to reduce stress, decrease pain, and ultimately support her clients in doing what they love to do. In her free time, you most likely will find Becca enjoying friends and family, dreaming of her next travel adventure, or playing in a body of water under the warm sun.
