Alan Rabe will be speaking about the website MyHeritage.com on August 3rd at First Friday Genealogy.

Alan Rabe is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a Masters of Mechanical Engineering. He is a retired energy engineer and an active member in the LDS church. He is responsible for indexing efforts in Central Texas, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, where over 10 million names were indexed. Alan has been an active genealogist for about 50 years and has traced his surname line back to 1222. He is related to 23 U.S. presidents and is the 28th great grandson of Charlemagne.
