Learn simple, practical ways to be mindful with yourself and your children. Being present means being right here right now. Putting your energy and focus on the present experience as opposed to being caught up in your thoughts of the next.

Join us and learn a variety of practical ways to use mindfulness in your everyday lives.  Mindful eating, (bring your own snack if you have diet restrictions) mindful breathing and mindful listening, are a few techniques to reduce stress in your life and find yourself back in the moment. Elizabeth will also share a short body scan.  Each exercise can be used in your everyday life.
