Thomas Najar will begin teaching a course on Tai Chi, specifically the Yang style 24-posture simplified form. This form was developed to provide beginners with an introduction to Tai Chi while preserving the traditional flavor of longer forms. Classes will last for one hour and will commence immediately after the ongoing Qi Gong class at 10:00 AM. Students are welcome to attend both classes back to back.

Thomas Najar is a licensed acupuncturist and certified Qi Gong instructor. He left a career in hi-tech to pursue a healing career and has been teaching Qi Gong and practicing acupuncture since 2016. A native of Wisconsin, he’s lived in Austin for the past 20 years and is passionate about healthy living through fitness, nutrition, and meditation.
